Emma Watson is set to go Biblical with a role in Darren Aronofsky's drama Noah.
The Harry Potter star is in talks to join the film as Ila, the love interest of Noah's son Shem (played by Douglas Booth), reported Variety.
It will mark a reunion with her Perks Of Being A Wallflower co-star Logan Lerman.
Russell Crowe is already on board in the lead role of ark builder Noah, but the parts of the villain and Noah's wife have yet to be cast.
Liev Schreiber is thought to be a contender to play the antagonist, while Jennifer Connelly was linked to the role of the wife.
Shooting for Noah is scheduled to begin in the summer, with a 2014 release in cinemas.
Since the Harry Potter finale, where Emma waved farewell to her bookish alter-ego Hermione Granger, the star has appeared in acclaimed film My Week With Marilyn.
As well as Perks Of Being A Wallflower, her upcoming big-screen outings include Sofia Coppola's The Bling Ring and Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's comedy End Of The World, where she is rumoured to appear as herself.
