Kristen Stewart Says 'Snow White' Is 'Everything I Wanted'

Those familiar with the Hollywood moviemaking process likely know that what is first scripted on the page, and then performed by the actors, and then released unto the masses doesn't always turn out to be an accurate representation of what was initially written. Scripts change, performances alter. In short, after an actor wraps their work on any particular production, they can't be totally sure about what will end up on screen until they see a finished cut of the film.

That does not seem to be the case with the highly anticipated "Snow White and the Huntsman", in that star Kristen Stewart recently revealed that director Rupert Sanders' brilliant plans became a brilliant film.

"I was so excited," Stewart said of her reaction upon seeing the finished product. What's unique, she said, is that the movie is just as "cool" as its concept art — the sketches, storyboards or short videos that directors and producers often assemble in order to sell studios and actors on the concept behind a movie.

"That's the way Rupert Sanders got the job as director of this movie, by putting together a five-minute version of the movie and presenting the darkness and lightness of the world. I thought that it was insane because it felt like two different people did it, it was so, so beautiful when it was light and so exuberantly happy, and then when it was dark it was wretched and disgusting. I think when I first saw the movie I saw that. It was like, 'Wow.' Everything I wanted it to feel like, everything I wanted to say, it's there."

Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart Together Again

Kristen Stewart's been travelling across the world to promote her new movie 'Snow White And The Huntsman', but now she's been reunited with Robert Pattinson in time for his birthday on Sunday.

The couple, who have been together for four years, were spotted leaving Kristen's London hotel room today. She's in town for the premiere of 'Snow White and The Huntsman' on Monday, the day after Rob turns 26.

After Kristen's raunchy revelations about the couple's 'Twilight' sex scenes, we can't help but wonder what's been going down in the hotel room!

The actress has admitted that during filming for ‘Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1’, the couple got so carried away in bed that some shots and noises had to be edited out to suit younger viewers.

The 22 year-old, who plays Bella Swan in the vampire saga, confessed that the editors had to tone down the racier scenes. The surly star was disappointed that the end product wasn’t as sexy as it could be.

Speaking on The Graham Norton Show, the actress said: “It is a bit full on, but it's edited. I see scenes and think 'Why is music playing over that? I was definitely making sounds and it could be so sexy and it's not'."

The film's producers had issues with keeping the film tame enough for young viewers. Kristen joked that their “thrusting” caused a “huge problem”.

She explained: "The ratings' board breaks it down so technically... and apparently thrusting is a huge problem for the children."

The actress is known for her socially awkward ways, and was left red-faced this week when she accidentally boarded Charlize Theron's private jet instead of her own.

After settling in a seat, The 'On The Road' star was told by a flight attendant that she was on the wrong plane, and quickly rushed to her own further down the runway. Cringe.

Kristen Stewart Admits She's 'Overtly Aware' Of Her Insecurities, interview video

On Tuesday night's "MTV First: Snow White and the Huntsman," MTV News' Josh Horowitz caught up with Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron and Sam Claflin to get the juicy details behind their highly anticipated summer flick. The cast was in good spirits as Horowitz took them through a series of rapid-fire questions known as the "Yes/No Show" and Theron joked about how battling her costumes was more difficult than fighting Stewart.

But the actors also discussed the more serious topic of insecurities and their perception of beauty. As the underlying message of the film deals with the notion of beauty and outward appearance, Horowitz asked, "[As actors,] are you naturally vain people? Can you look in the mirror and not feel insecure like the rest of us?"

He threw the question to Hemsworth, who replied, "I think we all have our insecurities and whatever. Do I like who I see in the mirror? Yeah, I like myself because I feel like I'm a good person, and I think in the film, the Queen is there and obsessed with beauty on the surface. I think the message is it's what's underneath that counts and that's what's going to survive and conquer at the end of the day."

Hemsworth's co-star Stewart was thrust into the spotlight upon her unexpected "Twilight Saga" fame. With her privacy invaded and gossip blogs picking apart every outfit and hairstyle choice, you'd think the actress would get wrapped up in her insecurities. But the actress said she's feels secure in herself and Theron echoed that sentiment: "You are," the "Young Adult" actress said of Stewart. "I can say that. Seriously, it's incredible. I never had that at her age."

And while Stewart still gets nervous like the rest of us, she gives credit to her parents for raising her well and teaching her that self-worth doesn't come from appearances. "I'm still fully and completely overtly aware of my insecurities. My palms are sweating right now," she said. "I was raised well. My parents are really great. They've always told me the right things about how you should feel — I mean, there's no should. That was the whole thing: 'Be yourself, baby doll.' "

Theron chimed in: "And, in a way, the film almost has that because Snow White's mother basically tells her, 'What you have here is special and good, and don't ever lose that.' And it's the encouragement of 'Be a good a person.' And Ravenna, the evil queen, has a mother that basically tells her the only way you will survive in this world is through beauty and youth.

"I think those are the things that guide you in a way, so if you're being told that, and you go through life having that be the importance of your existence or your success, than that's what it's going to be."

In the movie, Ravenna says that men use women and then discard them. Theron said that while those words might not mirror her view on men, it was some of her favorite writing in the script, and she feels the sentiment rings true for a lot of women.

"I thought it was incredibly brave, because you're kind of putting yourself out there to create and say pretty early on in the film that this character is driven by this belief that she has," she explained. "But I thought it was really truthful for her, and I do think that is the truth for a lot of people.

"I think that there will be women who have experienced that sometimes in their life. I don't think everyone has the same experiences, but I felt like that was very truthful for Ravenna. You know, this idea that at 8, she's being given to a king, and by 16, she's already being replaced by somebody else. How can you come from that world and not think that men only use you for a certain period of time and then they're done with you?"

Robert Pattinson was spotted partying last week with friends; this week it was his girlfriend Kristen Stewart’s turn to let her hair down.

The Twilight star attended the wrap party for Snow White and the Huntsman, held at Loft Studios in London.

Kristen danced the night away with cast and crew, including co-stars Chris Hemsworth, Sam Claflin, and Johnny Harris, before reportedly leaving the club at 3.15am.

Johnny Tweeted: “Great #SWATH party tonight! Seen this crew work hard these last few months so it's lovely to see them celebrate and in party mode tonight! X”

Kristen appeared to be having a ball but sadly, boyfriend Robert Pattinson was nowhere to be seen. Who wants take their other half to a work do anyway?

Kristen is said to be concerned when her boy hits the town without her, not because she doesn’t trust him, she just doesn’t trust the young ladies who hound the heartthrob wherever he goes.

A source told US Weekly: "It’s really difficult. Rob rarely goes out, but when he does, Kristen is wary, not because she doesn’t trust him, but because she doesn’t trust the girls."

She absolutely looks hot in this new photo as she got wet and drenched for this scene.

Whatever’s going on,here,looks quite intense for sure. It also looks like Kristen will finally be wrapping up the long filming this month,just in time for Christmas. Her Prince Charming co-star Sam Claflin recently tweeted the news. She’ll definitely deserve the downtime. Kristen Stewart Confident Without Robert Pattinson

Twilight's Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have been apart for a few weeks now as she films her new movie, Snow White and the Huntsman in London.

The 21-year-old has starred opposite her off screen boyfriend for the past three years and they have filmed together almost every day.

So, is KStew finding it hard to work without Rob? No, quite the opposite in fact!

A source told E!News that Kristen's enjoying her latest role and has new found confidence without Rob by her side.

The source said: “You know how she’s always kind of dug her shoulders in, looked a little like she’s digging her teeth?

“Well, she is now so different. Those shoulders are back, sister, and she is proud! It’s a nice change from her past roles."

They added: “She’s doing great, having a really great time filming.”

Will it be long before Rob flies over to the UK to be reunited with his girl?

Trilogy planned for ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ with Kristen Stewart

Snow White and the Huntsman may have more to overcome than just one clash with the Evil Queen.

Producer Joe Roth tells EW that he plans on making the folktale action-adventure movie into a trilogy. “It’s meant to be the first in a series of films,” he said. “This story will end, but there will be questions remaining for these three characters.”

It’s an ambitious move by the Alice in Wonderland producer, who is in a neck-and-neck competition with a rival Snow White film starring Julia Roberts. Shooting is already underway on that movie, while Roth’s film — which stars Kristen Stewart and Thor‘s Chris Hemsworth as the title characters and Charlize Theron as her wicked royal highness — begins principal photography in August.

The two movies will open roughly two-and-a-half months apart next year. Roth’s movie debuts second, on June 1, but he’s hoping audience’s will be drawn in by a Lord of the Rings-style take on the centuries-old tale.

“We retain the basic story in the same way we retain the basic story of Alice, a young girl meant to be the queen who is cast out,” Roth says. “The Huntsman is a mercenary, in the sense that he’s a guy who is very able in the woods, more able than most anyone. His job is to capture runaway girls, who are all fleeing the kingdom because of the queen. He’s a nondescript bounty hunter, as we first meet him.”

But he’s no killer, Roth stresses. Snow White’s bounty is the first time he has been directed to return with only a part of the missing girl — her heart. When he finds he doesn’t have it within his to cut hers out, the two become unlikely allies — at first fleeing the Queen’s forces, and then mounting a counterattack on her kingdom.

“He’s not a nice guy, but not only that he’s someone who has lost hope and lost faith. He has lost his wife, given up on everything,” the producer says.

This take on the character of Snow White is also different from the sweetly-singing princess we’ve seen before. “She starts out not a damsel in distress, but innocent, and after 11 years of imprisonment by the Evil Queen, she escapes and learns the ways of a warrior in the woods,” according to Roth.

If the previous work of first-time feature director Rupert Sanders is any indication, expect major battle sequences. Sanders is known for harrowing (and sometimes hilarious) live-action ads for videogames Halo 3 and Call of Duty, as well as the NSFW short-film adaptation of the graphic novel Black Hole.

As for casting Stewart in the role: “Frankly, what we did, we searched high and low for an unknown. Which was my want after Alice,” he says. “As we went through it, it just became evident to me that Kristen occupies a space in the universe where she’s a terrific actress only known for one part. I hope this is a movie that will appeal to those who find Twilight appealing, but also [Stewart] is someone who has some piss and vinegar in her.”

If the “fairest of them all” is described that way, imagine how the Evil Queen will be. ”She’ll be larger than life,” Roth chuckles. “Evil without any burden of guilt.”
