Kim Hyun Joong is Working Out for ‘City Conquest’

Kim Hyun Joong is busy trying to get fit for his upcoming drama City Conquest.

The actor talked about his preparations for City Conquest in an interview with the Japanese magazine Josei Jisin on July 10.

City Conquest is a drama based on the manga of the same title by cartoonist Shin Hyung Bin. The drama cast Kim Hyun Joong as its main lead Mir.

The drama will be his first action peace. Kim Hyun Joong said, “I attended action school because I wanted to show a lot of my new self to my fans and viewers.”

He added, “I’m trying to lose the fat and pump up my muscle through exercise and a diet. My weight hasn’t changed much, but my body fat has decreased to seven percent.” The average percentage of body fat for males is 15-20 percent, meaning that Kim Hyung Joong has only half or one-third of the average amount of body fat.

City Conquest will be taking Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Seung Woo, Jung Yu Mi and Nam Gung Min to Japan for about two weeks for a shoot on July 10.

London: Miley Cyrus has got a quote by former US president Theodore `Teddy` Roosevelt inked on her forearm, bringing her total body art tally to around 15.
The tattoo reads: “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”

Roosevelt’s quote has been taken from ‘Citizenship In A Republic’ speech that he gave in Paris, France, in 1910, the Sun reported.

The line referred to those who stood on the sidelines criticising others while never attempting anything of value themselves.

The singer/actress also took the opportunity to parade her flat belly in her crop top as she left her Pilates class in Los Angeles.

Cyrus teamed her top with a pair of sensible shoes and leggings.

Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Spotted On Romantic Date

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart took an opportunity to have a quiet moment together before they appeared at the 'Twilight' Comic Con panel by having a romantic dinner for two at Nobu in San Diego.

The Hollywood couple, who were spotted kissing at Cannes Film Festival earlier this year after years of leaving us guessing about their relationship status, and according to eye witnesses they both enjoyed some sushi last night.

A number of fans have been tweeting about the rare sighting, with Twitter user @BrentonLeeRose writing: “At Nobu in San Diego and guess who is sitting at the next table. Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson.”

While another user wrote: “Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are at Nobu a couple of doors up eating dinner. Saw them going in.”

Unfortunately their trip to San Diego has marred after it was reported that a 'Twilight' fan was tragically killed in a car accident as she went to get tickets to see the stars.

Kristen and Rob, who are currently in the middle of some fierce engagement rumours, didn't bother to dress up for Nobu as Kristen was allegedly seen rocking her usual hoodie and baseball cap.

It was later reported that the couple were moved to a private dining room where they had a moment's peace.

Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber working together again

Los Angeles: Singer Taylor Swift and teen sensation Justin Bieber are working together on another record.

According to Bieber`s manager Scooter Braun, they had previously recorded a track for Bieber`s latest album `Believe`, but had to scrap the song out as it did not fit in the album.

"It didn`t go on in `Believe` because there`s another record they want to work on. So, it just didn`t make sense at this time," Scooter told MTV news.

Taylor has recently hinted about working on a new track when she wrote on her Facebook page: "I`m writing you from Nashville, where I just sat in a big room with a lot of people and made a lot of decisions about a lot of things happening very soon. And as vague as that sentence was, I think you know what it means. Stuff is about to happen."

Daniel Radcliffe's new movie 'too scary' for kids

Daniel Radcliffe's first film since the 'Harry Potter' series has received more complaints than any other movie this year, after parents complained that it was "too scary" for their children.

Children more used to seeing Radcliffe at Hogwarts instead found themselves watching 'The Woman in Black,' a 12A-rated horror film in which a ghost manipulates children into killing themselves.

The horror film has already been reported to the British Board of Film Classification 120 times, triple the number of reports for last-years' most complained-about film.

A spokeswoman for the BBFC said viewers had "certain expectations" about films starring Daniel Radcliffe, who starred as Harry Potter in the children's films, and found it "too scary".

The 'Woman in Black' is rated a 12A, the same classification as the final instalment of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.'

It is believed many of the viewers did not realise how frightening the film would be, after failing to read the Susan Hill novel or the BBFC classification details.

The majority of complaints have been filed by worried parents, or adults without children concerned the film was not suitable for youngsters.

The film stars Radcliffe as a young lawyer visiting a remote village terrorised by a vengeful ghost, and is described as an "intense supernatural threat and horror".

The main gist of the complaints was that people felt it was too scary for a 12A," the Telegraph quoted a spokeswoman for BBFC as saying.

"People have a certain expectations about films with Daniel Radcliffe in them," she said

She added that the BBFC provides full information about every film and its classification, including descriptions of the key scenes.

The entry for the Woman in Black says: "The general tone of the film is quite bleak and the premise of a ghost manipulating children into harming or killing themselves, make this a potentially disturbing feature for young children."

Last year, the Oscar-winning film Black Swan, starring Natalie Portman as a ballet dancer, received 40 complaints, including several from viewers who thought the dark tale of a ballet dancer struggling with mental illness would be about dance.

'Batman: The Dark Knight,' a 2008 film with Christian Bale in the lead role, received more than 300 complaints, making it the most complained-about film in the last decade.

Kim Hyun Joong Tops Oricon’s Weekly Chart with ‘Heat’

Kim Hyun Joong took over Japan Oricon’s Daily Chart and Weekly Chart.

The singer rose to the top of the Oricon Daily Chart on July 4 with his second single album Heat, which sold 140,000 copies on its first day. The album then sold a total of 183,000 copies for its first week, easily topping the Oricon Weekly Chart. record breaks through the singer’s personal record previously set by Kiss Kiss/Lucky Guy, which sold 122,000 copies and landed in second place on the Oricon charts. Local officials said in surprise, “He and his music have grown so much in just a few months.”

Kim Hyun Joong’s Heat is the fifth album to top the Oricon Chart in its first week with the third most number of sales.

The singer left for Japan on July 2 to start promoting Heat, and continued to carry out TV appearances, interviews and handshake events.

Following his handshake event in Odaiba with 5,000 fans on July, Kim Hyun Joong held another handshake event in Osaka with another 5,000 on July 7. On July 4 and 8, he also appeared in Odaiba and Nagoya for a guerilla performance of Let’s Party.

From July 14-15, Kim Hyun Joong plans to perform in front of a 60,000 audience at the Saitama Super Arena in collaboration with Japanese musician Naoto Inti Raymi.
